This policy describes who processes the personal data of people using the MG Automation website, how it is processed and what rights you have under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The Polish version of this document is the binding one.

2. What data we collect and why
a) Contact / audit form and calculator form
When you fill in a form (name, e-mail, company, process description), we process this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare the free audit and send the requested report and automation proposals.
- Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
b) Chat / AI assistant (widget)
The content of your conversation with the AI assistant on this site is processed to answer your questions about the offer and services. You do not have to share personal data in the chat. If you want us to contact you, leave your contact details.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling enquiries from site visitors (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Data recipients (processors)
To run this website we use trusted external tools, which may process data on our behalf only to the extent necessary to provide the service:
- Supabase: database and AI assistant infrastructure.
- n8n: automation of form submissions.
- AI model providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic): generating the assistant's replies.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep the data
We keep form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then until you withdraw consent or object. Data that no longer needs to be stored is deleted.
5. Your rights
In connection with data processing you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw.

6. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed for the site and the AI assistant to work correctly. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Restricting them may affect some features.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the law or the scope of services changes. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update at the top.
